Hello there groovers,

Thank you for your interest in my music, I really appreciate it :)

This single is a wonderful exercise in time travel, I wrote the song a number of years ago,then recorded it with Ben Gray and Simon Kelly a few years later and then recorded harmonies in Dave Robertson's studio, who then mixed it all up - like a delicious cake - a few years later.

So here we are with a song that celebrates sitting in the sun in your backyard and loving the feeling of it on your skin, of the bees, the flowers, the birds chirping and the beautiful trees. When you fall into timelessness as you drink up the loveliness of nature and the sweet magic of the sun.

I dedicate this song to my Mother who comes before me in a long line of sun lovers. I remember her Father laying on the sand after swimming in the ocean, soaking up the rays. Thank you for all of the love and wisdom you've passed onto me Mum xoxoxo I love you very much :) xoxoxo
